What are Pain Points?

May 24, 2018 12:12 am

Pain Points are those frustrating fashion questions we all face like:

  • What neckline is best for me?
  • What’s the right length for a skirt at my height?
  • Why do I have a closet full of clothes, yet nothing to wear?
  • Can you help me feel fashionable, not frumpy?

While we answer many specific questions and offer quick solutions to common pain points, the best value we provide is in stepping back from specifics and knowing the whole story of you.

During a Personal Concept appointment, we look at lifestyle, body type, coloring, goals and to what degree you’re comfortable embracing new trends.  Most pain points can be easily addressed when your Stylist knows the big picture because we can filter for you.

Book your Personal Concept appointment today and you’ll be rewarded with a lifetime of complimentary makeup and fashion update appointments as well as the knowledge that you’ve got your own Personal Stylist to help you navigate through your goals and lifestyle.

With all that in mind, here are a few basic questions and answers we’ve received about current trends:

Q: I have a few long cardigans that I love but am not always sure how to wear them. Help!

A: Pairing a long cardigan with denim jeans, shorts or skirts, a simple tee or tank and a wedge or bootie is a fresh spring look.

Q: With so much floral this year, how do I wear it to not overwhelm my look?

A: Try adding one floral element to your favorite basics such as a solid neutral blouse, pair of jeans, work pant or pencil skirt.

Q: I found a great denim jacket and I am tired of always wearing it with the same things. What do you suggest?

A: Try pairing your denim jacket with white lace, stripes, over a summer dress or to tone down brightly colored denim.
