Meet Laurie Deboard, client of The Difference for the past four years. Laurie is a busy professional with two children and a career as a senior engineer in advanced driver and safety systems at Daimler Trucks North America. We asked Laurie a few questions about her relationship with The Difference.
How did you hear about The Difference?
Our love for The Difference runs in the family! My mom met Cheryl in a mother’s support group when I was a baby. Now my daughter is taking style tips from the Difference too (she loves to layer and a good “tuckle”).

Describe some of your favorite things about your Stylist [Cheryl] and experience at The Difference?
Cheryl makes shopping for clothes soooo easy. I hated shopping for clothes before The Difference. My wardrobe consisted of jeans and polo shirts. Now, I have great looking clothes that span my need for executive dress to a day at the ball field with the kids. I just don’t have to worry about what’s in style or looks good on me – Cheryl takes care of all of it!
Favorite products?
Tees by Tina have always been my wardrobe “must” and I also love the new Bamboo under pinnings by C’est Moi!
Anything you’d share with women thinking about shopping at The Difference?
I would encourage people to come in because I get so many compliments on everything from basics to accessories. Plus, everything is selected according to my individual needs and style.
