Both our Lake Oswego and Vancouver stores are open to all Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Client appointments with our stylists can be scheduled anytime at the convenience of you and your personal stylist.

For a one-time investment of $295, you’ll receive access to a Personal Stylist who will kick off your relationship with a two-hour ‘personal style consultation’ appointment. Then expect complimentary refresh sessions, fashion check-ins and many other benefits.

No, we don’t offer a discount on clothes, although we do run monthly sale specials. Working with a stylist offers the benefit of having someone who really knows you and knows what works for you.

Yes, our Loyalty Program—Style Points—is a client benefit. Style Points are dollars you may use toward any purchase at The Difference. To get started, you spend $200 and then begin accruing Style Points. You’ll gain one point for every $50 spent. Clients also gain Style Points by hosting events and referring friends.

As a rule, our personal stylists primarily select items we have in inventory. We have a large selection (not everything we have is on the floor) from multiple brands and we can special order items as well. If you have a relationship with a personal stylist and have a need for something we don’t carry, we’ll work with you to find something outside the store.

We believe we are more than just personal stylists – we’re confidence boosters and relationship builders. Because embarking in a relationship with a personal stylist takes thoughtful time, we don’t offer styling services by the hour. Our sales folks (we lovingly refer to them as fashion friends) are always willing to help you when you’re shopping our boutique and looking for the perfect item.

Yes. For a fee of $250 you can use a Personal Stylist who will arrange a block of time to get to know you, understand what you are looking for and then spend time shopping for you – both in the store and online.

Wonderful! We are excited to see you. Please call, or stop in during walk-in hours. We’ll chat to determine if you want to re-engage with a Personal Stylist or simply shop during walk-in hours. If it’s been some time since your last appointment, we may charge $45 for a refresh appointment with your Personal Stylist.
