In this month’s Style Spotlight we chat with Lindsey Castrey about her Personal Styling experience with Kirsti and The Difference.
How long have you been a client of The Difference, and how did you originally hear of us?
Great question, a friend introduced me to The Difference years ago just after the remodel at their previous location. I live not too far away, so the new location is even more convenient for me!
Tell us about your self:
I’m a wife and mother first, in my spare time I work as a consultant using my finance and accounting background. My current contract is utilizing my skills in Financial and Data Analysis in Global Trade and Customs arena.
Describe some of your favorite things about your Stylist and experience at The Difference?
Kirsti is amazing as she understands my lifestyle with kiddos and the “office job” I need to dress for. Those two responsibilities often blend together. If I didn’t have Kirsti to push me outside my comfort zone, I would look the same every day. My husband commented years back that my style is more vibrant when I shop at The Difference!
Do you have a favorite memory associated with The Difference?
Of course I do! My daughter and I had a mother/daughter themed tea to attend one weekend after my appointment with Kirsti. As a teenager my daughter was refusing to go because she didn’t know what to wear. We were taking a break to breathe, and I asked if she wanted to come along with me to my appointment with Kirsti. The experience, and just being there, allowed her to reset and gain confidence. We layered up and accessorized what she already had in mind, and enjoyed our tea together.
What’s something you’d share with women to encourage them to shop at The Difference?
It’s a major time saver utilizing the stylist experience and their expertise. It’s confidence building, as your stylist helps you develop individualized style skills. Not to mention the seasonal wardrobe refresh… you can’t go wrong!
