In this month’s Style Spotlight we chat with client Patti Smathers, a client of The Difference for two years after being referred by a friend.
Describe some of your favorite things about your Stylist and experience at The Difference:
I’m retired, so my lifestyle is currently very casual. But I found myself needing help in putting together a wardrobe for travel and weekend wear. Nicole always has fun choices picked out that flatter my body style and fit in my wardrobe perfectly. Nicole also takes the time to show me how to wear different items and accessorize to change things up and have fun. She also is excellent at helping me find the perfect gifts for family and friends.
Any highlight moments when shopping at The Difference and working with a Personal Stylist?
Yes! One of my favorite times at The Difference is makeup refresh time! I so look forward to Nicole’s help in makeup application and colors to keep things fresh. Of course, I also have a great time shopping the sales!
What’s one thing you’d share with women to encourage them to become a client of The Difference?
One thing I really appreciated this last year during COVID is the opportunity to shop in-person at The Difference. The cleanliness of the shop, attention to detail and the one-on-one experience to minimize exposure and still have a fun shopping experience was very special. This was another ‘client perk’ of having a relationship with The Difference team.
